The Domaine de Valmoissine is located on the site of the ancient monastery and university of Valmoissine in the village of Aups close to the Verdon gorge. It is a high altitude site benefiting from plenty of sunshine with cooler temperatures, helping with ensuring the grapes ripen slowly, on low yielding vines, avoiding jammy flavours or too much alcohol.
