Bangers & Mash with lashings of onion gravy

The spicy aromatic ripeness and natural fruit freshness of Laurent Miquel Syrah complements the juicy flavours of the sausages and rich gravy. Try with garlic and herb sausages, you won’t be disappointed.

Creamy Fish Pie with a three cheese topping

Pairs perfectly with: Vondeling Babiana – £14.21

This is a beautiful Rhône blend that has intense, complex aromas and a fine mineral freshness. This full-bodied wine partners a treat with rich seafood. Nothing more warming than a creamy fish pie, want a little more flavour? Add a three cheese topping.

Beef Stew with old fashioned dumplings

Pairs perfectly with: Waqi Malbec – £7.98

A Malbec that is medium-bodied with flavours of plums, cherries and sweet spice. Beef is always a firm favourite when pairing with this wine so a traditional stew will warm the cockles, you can’t forget the dumplings!

Lamb Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce

Pairs perfectly with: Alta Baliza Cabernet Sauvignon – £6.44

This is an entry level wine that has attractive aromas of red berry fruit and peppery notes. The rich and spicy fruit flavours of this Cabernet Sauvignon match well with the texture and richness of the lamb.
